Inspired by one of my original acrylic pour paintings, Bird of Paradise reminds me of a beautiful wood carving of the Bird of Paradise that someone had brought back from Papua New Guinea. I remember being completely captivated by its beauty, and that memory inspired the name of this design.

I love how the vibrant greens, blues, oranges, and soft whites flow effortlessly across the fabric, creating a design full of movement and life. Each time I see this piece, it brings me back to that feeling of wonder and reminds me that art can be worn as well as admired.
